Sodexho healthcare team up with Hillingdon NHS Hospital Trust

Sodexho healthcare, a leading food and facilities management provider in the healthcare sector, has secured the signing of an initial five-year deal with the Hillingdon Hospital NHS Trust, providing services to both Hillingdon and Mount Vernon Hospitals.

In a contract with £5.2 million per year, Sodexho will take on all of the trusts domestic services, as well as provide patient feeding and staff and visitor restaurant services.

The Trust, which employs approximately 2500 staff and has 440 beds across the two sites, will be provided with an innovative plated steam option for its patient feeding in the new year, and will also have access to 'Trirega lite' - a quality and performance monitoring IT system exclusive to Sodexho.

Sodexho Healthcare have an unrivalled reputation in providing food and facilities management services to hospitals and care homes, in both the public and private sectors, and will work with Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Trust and their tenants to enhance its services - ensuring compliance with the latest NHS cleaning and hygiene standards.
